Thank you for reading my profile, selecting a REALTOR® that is compatible with you, your personality and values is very, very important, your choice should be the one that is aligned with your style and interests, and this will facilitate things enormously since this is the start of a Relationship. It simply must feel right. 

Before selecting your Real Estate Professional whether it's me or any other Professional, I recommend you ask questions, interview, meet in person and then you'll know which one is the right fit for you! 

I have a degree in International Business and have been and Entrepreneur and business owner for over 30 years, been involved in multiple and diverse trades from manufacturing to retail to wholesale and distribution. 20 of those years have been in the Construction Industry as an Estimator, Renovator, Contractor, and Real Estate. 

Dealing with a wonderful diversity of people from different walks of life, nationalities, beliefs and adding up to the many years of combined business experiences have given me a fortunate set of skills, knowledge, and experience that I can share with my clients especially in terms of valuation and costing when they are purchasing or selling a property. 

I like to create long lasting relationships and I am committed to the people I care about in any personal or business relationship I establish with them, the satisfaction that comes with knowing that my clients are happy because I did my best.

Buying a home is one of the largest purchases you'll ever make and by using a dedicated professional real estate agent - REALTOR® that looks out for the best of your interests you are helping yourself to ensure that you understand the different steps and aspects of your purchase and that the process goes as smooth as possible.

Acknowledging the need and cost of certain repairs or upgrades for a property you want to purchase can be the base for me to negotiate a good price for you. While I am not a Home Inspector, I am a Renovator so I can provide and incorporate cost estimates of such repairs when preparing an offer.
