Currently, I am actively involved in real estate as a REALTOR® with RE/MAX River City in Edmonton, AB, and in residential renovations as a contractor with my own company, Advantage Maintenance & Contracting Services Ltd. (Advantage Renovation Services).

As a contractor with 20 years of experience as a cost estimator, I provide my real estate clients with valuable insights into repair costs, whether they are preparing to list their homes or considering these expenses when making an offer.

As a Buyer's Agent, my commission is paid by the Seller side! so... there's no excuse not to hire me as your REALTOR® for free!

Acknowledging the need and cost of certain repairs or upgrades for a property you want to purchase can be the base for me to negotiate a good price for you. While I am not a Home Inspector, I am a Renovator so I can provide and incorporate cost estimates of such repairs when preparing an offer.
